I William Weaver of Bromsgrove in the County of Worcester Pattin Wood and Heel Maker being of sensible and disposing mind and memory (thanks be given to Almighty God) Do make this my last will and testament in manner following (that is to say) I give and bequeath to my son John Weaver my Family Bible which I desire may be kept in our family I also give and devise unto my son the said John Weaver and unto my son-in-law William Kempsey theirs Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns or to the survivors of them his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever All those my two cottages tenements or dwelling houses situate in the Strand and in the Town and Parish of Bromsgrove in the said County of Worcester with the shops gardens and other appurtenances thereinto belonging now in my own possession Also I give and devise all that my other cottage tenement or dwelling house situate at or near Catshill in the said Parish of Bromsgrove with the shop garden and other appurtenances thereunto belonging now in the occupation of John Pinchin (all of which said cottages and premises I purchased in my lifetime) Also I give and bequeath all my Household Goods Book Debts ready money and all and singular other my real And personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever Upon Trust as soon as conveniently may be after my decease to sell and dispose of the said cottages and premises and also the said Household Goods and effects in one or more Lot or Lots and either by public auction or private contract as to them or him shall seem meet but for the most money and best price that can be obtained for the same And out of the monies arising by such sale Upon Further Trust to pay all my just debts Funeral Expenses and the costs of proving this my Will; and in the next place to pay and equally divide all the surplus monies arising thereby in the following proportions: one equal part thereof to my said son John another equal part to the children of my son Joseph, another equal part to my Daughter Sarah the Wife of William Kemsey above named, another equal part to my Daughter Ann the Wife of Jonathan Bromfield and the remaining equal part to my Daughter Phoebe the Wife of Richard Lewis. But in case of the Death of any or either of my said children leaving issue lawfully begotten such issue whether child or children to have and be entitled to his her or their deceased parents share And I hereby authorize my Trustees and Executors the said John Weaver and William Kemsey to place out at interest a good security of any of my children who may happen to die in my lifetime (or have died previous to my Execution hereof) and to apply the interest arising therefrom during their minority for their education or support But my will and meaning is that the shares of my children shall be a vested interest in them at my decease and payable within twelve months or sooner if possible after my decease and the share of my Grandchildren shall be paid on their respectively attaining twenty one years And I hereby also authorize and empower my said Trustees and Executors John Weaver and William Kemsey to give sign and execute and receipt of receipts Releases Acquittances or Discharges to any Purchaser or Purchasers of all or any part of my Real Estate without such Purchaser or Purchasers being liable to see to the application thereof or answerable for the misapplication or nonapplication thereof And it is my Will that my said Trustees and Executors shall out of the said Trust Monies be defrayed all reasonable costs and expenses relating to and execution of the Trusts of this my Will I nominate and appoint my said son John Weaver and my said son-in-law William Kemsey Trustees and Executors of this my Will And hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made I publish and this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal and published the same this sixth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Nineteen - Willm Weaver Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator above named as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names s Witnesses hereto - Benjamin Crawford - William Manning - John Wildsmith
