Edward PARKER was Edward PARKER senior's second son. In 1861, when Edward was 24, he was described as a farmer, however in 1871 no occupation is listed and he is listed as "Imbecile" as is his sister Margaret.
When Edward reported his mother's death in 1864 he was unable to sign his name.
He does not appear in the 1881 census and presumably had died by then.
