Fanny Jane WEAVER married John Oakes NICE in Oct/Dec 1884 in Bromsgrove.

At least I'm pretty sure it's NICE. The 1891 could be read as NICE or RICE and even the official GRO marriage index lists both John Oakes RICE and John Oakes NICE as if the official compiler couldn't read the handwriting on the marriage certificate/record. The deciding piece of information is the GRO death record index which gives the name as NICE.

Neither Fanny Jane, her husband or son John have been found in the 1901 census.
