In the name of God Amen the 27 of November Acording to the convocation of the Church of England I Sampson Parks of Waterfall in the County of Staford husbandman being of perfect memory and Rememb[rance] bevoins aforesaid before do make and ordane this my last will and testament in manner and form following

First I bequeath my soul into the hands of almighty God my maker hoping that through the mysterious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeemer to relieve for pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and as for my body to be buried in Christian buriall at the discresions of my Executors hereinafter nominated

Item I give unto me sun Samson my best shirt of apparill

Item I give unto Robert batswill four pound

Item I give one pirse to Ann Cocker d[au]gter to my wife dece[ased]

Item I give unto my [D]octer higs two pounds

Item I give to my sun Samson [ttil?ere] six pound whith [hee] with [mie]

Item I give unto Samson barkwill 2 pound to his wife one pound

Item I give unto Mary Parks the younger 1 pound a satting tub and a cofer

Item I give unto Richard Bradshaw one pound which James Bradshaw hath in his hand

Item Al the rest of my goods and cattels quick and dead I give unto Ann my wife upon condision that Shee pay all dets and legacies and funerall charges and make her sole Executor of this my last testament.

In witness hearof I have hearunto set me hand and seale the dea and yeare ferst above written
