No census record can be found for Henry PARK(E)S. He is not with his father on the 1841 census, but he would have been old enough to have moved out and started his own family by then. It is possible that he died young.

In the 1841 census he may be:

one of the two different Henry PARKES, born in Staffordshire, both nailers, aged 25-29, in Rowley Regis.
a 25-29 year old Henry PARKES, born in Staffordshire, a forgeman living in Stoubridge with his wife Catharine, 25-29.
Or less likely, the 25 year old Henry PARKES, a journeyman moulder, born and living in Birmingham.
