Mary WHITHAM, the daughter of Hannah NEWBOULD, was present at her mother's death in 1876, and reported the death to the authorities.
She married John WHITHAM some time before 1845 when her son James was born. He was born in Leeds, so perhaps that were married in Leeds at a church where no records have survived or been transcribed.
In 1851 she was living next door to her parents John and Hannah NEWBOULD.
Other information:
A Mary NEWBOULD married an Isaac COLLEY, a coal miner, in 1843 and the couple went on to have 9 children, but she was still Mary COLLEY, a widow, born in Bradford in 1881, so could not be Mary WHITHAM in 1876.
