In the Name of God amen I Richard Councell

of Mellor Cordwainer being wake in Body but

of sound mind and memory blessed be

almighty God for the same do make and

publish this my last will and testament

in manner and forme following that is to say

after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid

First I give and bequeath my beloved wife

Mary the use of all my household goods

so long as shee and my son Thomas and shee

my beloved wife Mary can agree to

keepe house to geather but if shee shall

consume or diminish ought of the said

goods then it shall be lawfully lawful for my Executor's

here after named to sell up all the said

household goods and chattles and give her the

interest of it so long as she shall live

and after her death

I give to all my children or ther lawfull

hars my personal estate goods and chattles of

what kind or nature so ever I give to all my children

share and share alike Item I give and be

quaith unto my son John one ninth part Item

I give and be quaith to my daughter Pegy Barns

one ninth part Item I give and be quaith und to

my son William one ninth part Item

I give and be quaith unto my son Richard one

ninth part Item I give and be quaith unto
