William BAILEY was a witness to his brother Joseph's marriage in 1838.
On 21 Feb 1838, William BAILEY, shoemaker living in Huncote, son of Thomas BAILEY, farmer, married Mary LEA of Stoke Golden. Witnesses were Thomas BAILEY and Elizabeth BAILEY.
His brother Thomas would later his wife's sister, Jane.
A William Stanion [sic] BAILEY died in Hinckley in Q3 1890, aged 74. No other William BAILEY was baptized near Hinckley in 1816, so this could well be William.
