A Grace KAY married a Richard BROOKE in Huddersfield in 1662. The couple had 3 children baptized in Birstall, however her third pregnancy was triplets. Two of those triplets did not survive and were buried on 31 Jul 1673 in Birstall, while the third was baptized the same day. Grace BROOKE died 18 months later and was also buried in Birstall.
Assuming Grace was in her early 20s when she married, then she would have been born in c. 1640. There are a few baptisms of a Grace KAY near Huddersfield during this period and, excluding the baptism in 1648 in Huddersfield (which is too late), all are in Almondbury, 2 miles south east.
