In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Allin of Walton in the Parish of Kimcot in the County of Leicester Yeoman being sick and weak in Body but of sound and perfect mind and memory Praise be therefore given to Almighty God Do ordain and make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following
That is to say
First and principally I comment soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping for salvation through the alone merits of my saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently Buryed at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named and as touching and concerning the dispositions of all such temporal estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth
Imprimis I will that my Debts and Funeral charges sall be paid and Discharged
Item I give and bequeath to my loving son Richard Allin the summe of three pounds of good and lawful money of Great Brittain to be paid to him when he shall attain to the full Age of Two and Twenty Years.
Item I give and bequeath to my loving son Joseph Allin the summe of five pounds of good and lawful money of England to be paid to him when he shall attain the full Age of Two and Twenty Years
Item I give and bequeath to my loving daughter Anne Allin the summe of Ten pounds of good and lawful money of England to be paid to her when she attain shall the lawful Age of Two and Twenty Years
And likewise I give to my daughter Anne Allin all of her Mothers wearing apparel both woollens and linnens and the household goods which my loving wife Anne Allin brought which are these
Item all the rest and residue of my goods chattells real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to my loving sons John Allin and William Allin for them to part my stock of cattle and impliments of husbandry betwixt them And I do likewise ordain and make them sole and joynt Executors of this my last will and testament revoking and making void all former wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made
And further my will is that said Executors John Allin and Willian Allin shall take car of and provide a sufficient maintenance for my said son Joseph Allin and my daughter Anne Allin until such time as they sall be able to go to service And my aforesaid Exectutors shall provide to my said son Richard Allin all his wearing apparel both woollens and linnens all time of his apprenticeship
In witness whereof I the said Thomas Allin to this my last will and testament have set me hand and seal this fourth day of September in the Second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace if God of Great Brittain France and Ireland King defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred Twenty and Eight
My will is that my son John Allin shall continue in the dwelling house and farm which I now live in which I rent of my Lady Varney.
