In the name of God Amen I Ralf Brown of Cosby in the County of Leicester Labourer being weak in Body but of sound memory (thanks to God) do make this my last will and testament as follows
First I commend my soul into the hands of almighty God and my Body to ye earth to be decently buried by my executrix hereafter named
As for what worldly estate it has pleased God to bless me with I dispose of as follows
