Margaret was a widow when she married Thomas VEASIE in February 1640/41. There is no clear record of an earlier marriage between a Margaret and a BALESONE (or BOYLSON or similar) that fits with Margaret having six children between 1641 and 1657, and living until 1680, has been found.
There is a marriage of Jacobus BOYLSON with Margaret Wryght in Hinckley in 1611, however this would mean that, even if only 16 when this marriage took place, she would be 60 years old when her last child was born.
Another possibility is Margaret was the Margaret WARREN who married John BOILSTON in 1629 by License, but no details are given in the source. A John BALSTON was married in Narborough on 8 Nov 1629, but the bride is not mentioned. That couple had four children 1627-1637, but, while a sudden death would explain there being no further children, no funeral record of a John BALSTON/BOILSTON has been found before 1640. Also, at Margaret's marriage to Thomas VEASY she was described as being from Burbage, rather than Narborough.
