Narrative and Notes

Dinah was born in 1772-3 in Cosby where, as far as we know, she lived her entire life and died of old age there in 1857. She was christened on the same date as her brother John, so either one of them was born in 1772 or they were twins.

Dinah's second daughter was helpfully named Sarah Brown which confirms her maiden name. Also her parents names, Ralph and Alice, were given to two of her later children.
