Joseph WALL christened 7 children in Longdon, Worcestershire with his wife Elizabeth STEPHENS.
He appears to have been a farmer based on a 1798 Land Tax Redemption record that records him owing 11 shillings for land in Longdon owned by Robert Mayol and 6 shillings for his own land.
There is a John WALL, a tailor, living in Longdon during the same period, who hired apprentices in 1780 and 1790. He was christened in Longdon on 30 Nov 1729 by parents Joseph and Sarah WALL.
An unevidenced birth date is given on an Ancestry tree for Joseph of 31 Jul 1726 with these same parents. This does appear legitimate but I can't find the supporting record online.
Joseph died in 1803 and was buried in Longdon on 1 Aug 1803. A will exists for Joseph with the probate dated 23 Jun 1804, which is held in archives at The Hive, Worcester.
