Aside from the Harold ECCLESTON marriage in 1932 (when Rose was aged 22) there was another marriage of a Rose HIGGINSON to Richard ASHTON in 1941 (when Rose would have been 30-31), however in this case Rose should be expected to be found in the 1939 Register, which she has not been.
In 1939 Rose ECCLESTON was living with Harold and was a "cotton pern winder". A pirn (modern spelling) is another name for a bobbin. Her birth date was in Q1 1910 suggesting this is Rose's record. There was a single child's record that is still closed under the 100 year rule, which is almost certainly Madge's record. There is green ink under the censors "ink" suggesting that Madge did later marry.
