Narrative and Notes

There are two possible local burials: in 1728 and 1777, but both in Leeds.

Another possibility is that he died soon after the birth of his last child as is suggested by a record of a Catherine TOMLINSON marrying Thomas WHITARCE in Wakefield in 1705. The possible associated burial may be the Edward THOMSLINSON who was buried in Horsforth (in the SW of Leeds) on 27 Jan 1704/05. With 5 children aged 7 months - 11 years a swift marriage might have been a necessity.
