A Jennet BEAMOND was baptized on 23 Mar 1622 by William BEAMOND in Darfield, Yorkshire (11 miles to Wakefield).

Jenet BEAMOND married Stepehen OXLEY in May 1637, so if the above baptism was soon after her birth then she would be just 15 years old. Not impossible for that time, but improbable. It's more likely that her actual baptismal record has been lost over the past 400 years.

Jenet and Stephen had four children.

Jenet died in 1655 and her husband re-married.
