Other people have Thomas ROWLANDSON being the wife of Anne EMLEY, however as the evidence for this marriage relates to a marriage bond undertaken by a Thomas ROWLANDSON, mason, in Halton near Liverpool and dated 1760 (10+ years too early), I suspect that that this is incorrect.
