In the name of God Amen I William Furborow of Frolesworth in the County of Leicester weaver being of good sound and perfect mind memory and understanding (God be praised) do make and ordaine this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain unto my five children namely Anne Elizabeth William Richard and Robert when the said Robert shall have attained his age of one and twenty years and the children of such son or sons daughter or daughters (in case any of them shall happen to be then dead having lawful issue) in equal shares and proportions but the child or children Of such of my said son or sons daughter or daughters as shall then happened to be dead shall be entitled only to the share and dividend which his hair or their father all mother would have been entitled to if living equally to be divided amongst them if more than one and if but one then holy to him or her
And my will further is that if any of my said children shall happen to die before their said legacy shall become due or payable without issue of his hair or their body or bodies lawfully begotten then the share and dividend of these said sum of one hundred and twenty pounds of him her or them so dying shall go and be paid unto the survivors or the survivors of my said children when the same shall become due or payable
Item my will is that the interest of the said sum of 120 pounds shall go and be paid 4 and towards the maintenance of my children
Item all the rest of my goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever (after payment of my debts and funerals) I give to my dear and loving wife for enduring the term of her natural life or second marriage which shall first happened and from and immediately after her decease or second marriage I give the same to my said children equally to be divided amongst them in manner and form as aforesaid
And lastly I do make my brother Robert Furborough of Frowlesworth aforesaid Weaver and Thomas White of Frowlesworth aforesaid grazier Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills and testaments by me heretofore made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the two and twentieth day of June in the eleventh year of the reign of our sovereign Lord King George Annoys dom one thousand seven hundred twenty and five
