Ann(e) Meads married William Na(i)sh in Chipping Norton in 1757. They had eight children: Elizabeth, Jacob, Susannah, Isaac, Thomas, William, William, Joseph and Mary. All were christened in Chipping Norton with Joseph and Mary being christened together on 12 December 1774.
(There was only one William Na(i)sh marrying an Ann(e) in Oxfordshire at the right time ie 5 years either side of the birth of Elizabeth in 1758 on IGI. That the record is for a marriage in Chipping Norton where Elizabeth is christened lends further credibility to William Na(i)sh's wife (and Elizabeth's mother) being Anne Meads.)
The only baptism of an Ann MEADS was of Anne the daughter of Daniel MAYDS or MEADS and his wife, travellers, in Wolford (8 miles to Chipping Norton) in Aug 1737.
