Publication of the purpose of marriage between Henry Browne husbandman and Ann Higham spinster of Bentley both being in the parish of Shustoke and in the county of Warwick hath bene made in Shustoke Church three [pencr] all [?] parish of Shustoke [on] divine [execeptions] and no exception made against the [?..]

July the ninth in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred sixty and three as followeth
In the name of God Amen I Edward Higham of Bentley in the county of Warwick husbandman I do ordain and constitute and resolve this as my last will and testament being in a right capability and of perfect memory : In primis :
First I do make Thomas Higham my nearby and well beloved brother and Job Power and Henry Browne all of them as my whole executor's in general of all that I have or do possess first I give amongst then all three all my goods and chattels to be equally divided amongst them What so ever and after that they are fully and rightly possessed of all these my goods and chattels I do freely give all these afore mentioned goods and chattels to the right and proper use of all these children to be proportionately and equally to be divided amongst them so [f?]eare as they can be [sonsured]
Item I give and bequeath to my sister Shelton 10 shillings and I give to my cousin Ann Hall 5 shillings and to my godchild Thomas Boden 5 shillings and to my cousin Austen Higham I do give my great Bible
Beside what I have above mentioned and I give to my little cousin Ann Browne my other little Bible also I give to my brother Thomas Higham my greate Round chair in the house
I give to my cousin Austen Higham my great [weamling] coate and boots
Item: I give to my godson Job Power the bigger pewter dish in my house I give the whole term and time of my lease to be equally and [?] to be shared amongst these children above mentioned
Item I give to Ann [Geult] and Baskey 5 shilling a piece and to my cousin Alice Burbidg I give half a crown to buy her a pair of gloves
